One foot in front of the other.
It’s either you trust Him, or you don’t.
It’s either you believe or don’t, that He’s in control.

If He’s ordering your steps,
He has to order them all.
You don’t choose when to obey, and when not.

Trust requires surrender,
Absolute complete surrender.
Like falling back into His arms with your eyes closed,
Knowing You’ll never hit the ground.
And those times emotionally you feel like you do,
He’s able to soothe, He’s able to comfort you.
~
All great people from the beginning of time,
Have had some conflict or some strife.
You’re no exception to the rule,
But you’ll come out stronger, shining through!
~
This is the time for complete trust,
Whatever happens, call Him Lord.
He’s in control even when you don’t understand the plan,
So relax, and be led under His command.
