Letting Him vet your plans.
Doing what He wants done,
Ignoring your selfish heart.

That’s when you start to live,
When you’re fully committed and surrendered to Him.
If He says “No”, you don’t mope,
And if He says “Yes”, you say “Of course”.

Living not for yourself but for the One above,
Cause you can’t see that far ahead.
Trusting that He wants and knows what is best,
Not pulling and tugging, but simply being led.
